Just as we set the brow bar high, we do the same with our cleanliness standards. At Brows By Nikki we are committed to keeping our salon clean and clients safe by wearing gloves and masks during appointments. We also sanitize everything before and after each client is serviced. 

As our loyal customers we ask that you:

Wear masks in order to be serviced

Schedule an appointment ahead of time. Absolutely no walk-ins. 

Cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well or are concerned about possible COVID-19 exposure 

 Cancel five hours prior to appointment to avoid charges

Do NOT bring outside food or drink to the salon

Do NOT bring guests with you that aren’t receiving services. They will not be permitted in the studio or Salon.

Arrive early to your appointment. If early, please wait in your car until appointment time

Do not be late, as we will be unable to accommodate you due to limited timing. Late clients WILL be charged. 

Kindly keep your distance. To keep each other safe, avoid hugs, handshakes, etc.

To receive the desired appointment time, please aim to book your visit approximately a week in advance. Please be sure to utilize our online booking system, as we DO NOT accept walk-ins.

Cancellation Policy

A less than 24-hour notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service amount.

NO SHOW

“No Shows” will result in a charge of the FULL service amount.

Pre- Authorized Card & Fees

When scheduling services or combos, a Credit/Debit card "HOLD" is required to secure the appointment. Services or combos not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged the full service amount. The Credit/Debit card transaction is finalized upon completion of your service or without prior notification of cancellation. Payment always takes place at the salon.

Service Availability

Some services are available only at selected spas, as indicated by an asterisk (*) next to the name of the service.

Gratuity

Prices do not include a gratuity, except for group reservations.
In appreciation of services, you may tip at your discretion.

Gift Card

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem at time of checkout.
